After not quite two years on the map, The Honest Company has brought in about $52 million in funding. And its latest round of funding, led by Institutional Venture Partners and joined by Iconiq Capital, brought in an additional $25 million. The extra funding will allow the startup to continue to grow, expanding both domestically and internationally.

The company, founded by Jessica Alba and Chris Gavigan, is an e-commerce subscription service that sells eco-friendly household product bundles. With even more money being brought in, the company will also focus on developing new products and distribution capabilities.

Jessica Alba and Chris Gavigan started The Honest Company in early 2012, and since then it has grown exceptionally well—no doubt helped by Alba’s celebrity status. To learn more about Jessica Alba, Chris Gavigan, and The Honest Company, check out Alba’s full profile here!
