Major defense contracting and global solutions company Lockheed Martin is making headway in gender equality with strong female leaders. This year the company gave its top position to Marillyn Hewson and made Sondra Barbour the head of its information systems division.
Barbour named Chandra McMahon head of the Commercial Markets segment of her division this summer, saying “Chandra will bring an increased level of focus and drive significant growth in this area.”
