International food conglomerate Mondelez International has announced a new training facility in Vietnam for coffee farmers.  The effort is part of a large sustainability investment in order for the newly birthed company to buy 100% ethically sourced coffee in Western Europe by 2015.

The training center will help Vietnamese farmers produce higher quality beans and increase farm output.  Mondelez emerged last fall as the larger company of a split of Kraft Foods, Inc.  The new company is run by veteran food executive Irene Rosenfeld, who has served as chairman and CEO of Kraft since 2007.
