Marillyn Hewson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin, is one of the most powerful women in business, according to both Forbes and Fortune magazines. Hewson is unique in a time when most people move companies every five to ten years—she has been with the same company for over thirty years. She started at Lockheed Martin in 1982, and since then has held numerous positions, increasing with responsibility over time.
