Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company, is making moves to expand globally. Earlier this month, the company purchased Amor Group, an information technology services provider based out of Scotland.
The purchase will serve as a diversifier for Lockheed’s IT portfolio. More than that, though, the acquisition is part of the company’s strategy for going global and growing in t the civil government services and energy markets, according to CEO Marillyn Hewson.
